7th EARSeL Workshop on Remote Sensing of the Coastal Zone
Call for Papers
Abstract submission
Contributions will be presented orally and by poster. Both are considered of equal standing and no distinction is made between them in the Symposium publications. When submitting your contribution you are kindly requested to notify your preference (oral/poster). If there are too many requests for oral contributions, the scientific committee will select the presentations to be retained as oral contributions.
Tentatively the workshop will be divided in four session of half a day each:
1) Bio-Optical modeling and remote sensing of the Baltic Sea (chairman: prof. Susanne Kratzer)
2) Land-sea interactions (chairman: Dr. Federico Falcini)
3) New technologies and in situ measurements for the remote sensing of the coastal zone (chairman: Dr. Luca Fiorani)
4) Microwave and infrared remote sensing (SAR, altimeter and SST) of the coastal zone (chairman: TBD)
Please indicate your preference in the abstract text.
Submissions can be done through the Conference Tool
The Abstract Book will be available to attendees at the symposium registration desk, and will be published on the Workshop webpage.
Workshop Proceedings
The Workshop Proceedings are published with open access on the Workshop webpage and in the EARSeL Workshop Proceedings Series.
Peer-reviewed publications
A submission of manuscripts for reviewed publication in the open access journal EARSeL eProceedings is particularly encouraged.
