A special session on the PROBA-V mission will be hosted with the 1^st EARSeL Workshop on Temporal Analysis of Satellite Images. It will be dedicated to the results of projects realised in the framework of the PROBA-V Preparatory Programme.

The session will be organized on 23 or 24 May 2012. It is set up following an idea of the School of Forestry and Natural Environment, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and the Department of Planning and Regional Development, University of Thessaly (Greece) in collaboration with the Belgian Science Policy Office (BELSPO).

Submission of Contributions

Abstracts of not more than 500 words shall be submitted by e-mail to the EARSeL Secretary, Mrs. Gesine Böttcher. The contributions will be uploaded to the EARSeL Conference Management System as part of the 32^nd EARSeL Symposium.

Manuscripts will be published in the Symposium Proceedings on CD ROM and on EARSeL's Symposium Proceedings Website. Selected manuscripts will be published following peer-review in a Special Issue of EARSeL eProceedings on Proba-V.

Important Dates

• Due date for abstract submission to the EARSeL Secretariat: 2 March 2012
• Notification of authors: 15 March 2012
• Due date for registration and payment of the symposium fee: 15 April 2012
• Due date for full paper submission through the EARSeL Conference Management System: 25 May 2012
